Transportation
Airfare is not included in the trip price! The closest commercial airport to the hotel is Poprad-Tatry Airport (TAT), approximately 41 miles (65 kilometers) away. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.

See below for details and restrictions. 6 PM: Buffet farewell dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Your dinner includes your choice of 1 of the following: a 1 dcl wine/OR 0,3 dcl draft beer/OR 0,2l bottled sweet non-alcoholic drinks/OR 0,33l bottled mineral water.
Day 4 7-10 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. The morning at your leisure until check out. Check out of the hotel by 10 AM. After check-out we suggest you use your 3-day pass for Jasna Nizke Tatry ski resort. See below for details and restrictions.

Conditions for using your 3-day ski pass:
Ski pass cannot be used on the day of arrival (check-in), but can be used at the departure day (after check-out.)
Ski pass is not valid for special ski-events (fresh track, evening skiing).
Ski pass is personalized, is non-transferable and it is valid only while staying at the hotel.
Ski pass can be used as a single entry “Aqua Ticket” to Bešeňová or Tatralandia water park* *only one service can be used on a given day – skiing or a water park.
Registration and activation of ski passes will be arranged at the hotel reception desk on your day of arrival. You are required to provide identification and other information to complete your registration.
If the ski pass is not used up during your stay, you are not entitled to any financial or non-financial compensation.
The use of ski passes is governed by the Terms and Conditions of the sale of the ski pass which are valid for the winter season of 2022-2023.
In the case of unauthorized use, the ski pass will be deactivated and not refunded.
Lost ski passes will not be replaced.
The operation of cable cars and ski lifts is dependent upon snow and weather conditions.
There is no financial or non-financial compensation when cableways are closed due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Your ski pass is valid for the Low Tatras and High Tatras ski resorts (Tatranská Lomnica, Štrbské Pleso, Starý Smokovec.)
Transportation to the Low Tatras mountains (by cable car in front of the hotel) is included.
You must arrange your own transportation to the High Tatras mountains, approximately 37 miles (60 kilometers) away, and Tatranská Lomnica, approximately 51 miles (82 kilometers) away.

Your GOPASS card is issued with a unique number and is non-transferable.

You understand and acknowledge that participating in DreamTrips is a benefit of DreamTrips Membership; therefore, your monthly membership fees must be current and paid in full at the time of travel. If you book a DreamTrips package and cancel your membership, or your membership is in inactive status at the time of travel, you understand and acknowledge that your trip will be cancelled and subject to refund as outlined in the cancellation policy for your particular trip.
Travel is unpredictable and country restrictions due to COVID-19 change regularly; please understand that the policies below apply and you are encouraged to purchase travel protection.
Cancellation Policy*: If you cancel 61 days or more before the start date of your trip, you will get a refund less a fee of up to US$100. If you cancel within 60 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are applicable on a per-person basis. *This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
Name Change Policies: Name changes are not permitted for the DreamTrips Member(s) who booked this trip and are only allowed for people who are traveling with said booking member. Name changes must be done no later than December 23 and are subject to a fee of up to US$100. Name changes after this date are not allowed.
Transfer Policies: Booking transfers from one member to another member are not allowed on this trip.
